Terms & Contest Rules

1. Overview

The Luckiest Person In Nigeria Contest is a nationwide promotional contest designed to reward participants through lucky draws, referral activities and a grand finale draw.

The first edition will run from June to September. However, for the inaugural edition, the final will take place once the required participation threshold for a successful and rewarding contest experience has been reached. The confirmed date will be communicated to all participants in advance via our official WhatsApp group and communication channels.

After the first edition, all subsequent editions will run for a fixed duration of exactly four (4) months, with finals held at the end of each cycle.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to anyone in Nigeria with a valid phone number, email address and bank account.

Employees of the organising company and their immediate family members may not participate.

3. Participation Fee

To participate in the contest, individuals must register on the official website and pay a ₦500 participation fee.

Payment of the participation fee qualifies participants for the Grand Finale Lucky Draw. The participation fee is non-refundable.

4. Daily Lucky Draw Qualification

Participants who wish to participate in the Daily Lucky Draw must refer at least three (3) persons to register successfully through their referral link.

5. Referral Commission

Each participant receives a unique referral link upon registration.

Participants earn ₦200 commission for every successful referral that registers through their link.

Referral commissions are paid directly into the participant’s registered bank account.

6. Daily Lucky Draw Prizes:

Cash prizes will be awarded regularly through the Daily Lucky Draw Show to qualified participants.

The draw is conducted to maintain engagement and transparency and to demonstrate how winners will emerge during the final draw.

The organisers reserve the right to determine the prize amounts and number of winners for each draw.

7. Grand Finale Draw

At the end of the contest period, a Grand Finale Lucky Draw will be conducted.

8. Prize Payment Structure

Prizes may be paid either as a lump sum or in structured instalments over a defined period as determined by the organisers.

This structure is designed to ensure sustainability of the contest and continuous reward for winners.

9. Amendments & Adjustments

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to contest prizes, timelines, or duration where necessary to ensure the smooth running and sustainability of the contest. Any such changes will be communicated to participants in advance through official channels.

10. Publicity

Winners may be required to participate in publicity activities including video recordings, interviews or promotional announcements related to the contest.

11. General Conditions

By registering for the contest, participants agree to abide by all contest rules and decisions made by the organisers.

All decisions by the organisers regarding the contest are final.
