1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in all contests, competitions, campaigns, and promotional activities hosted by Bigdeals Concepts Ltd (“the Company”).
By registering or participating on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Contests
All contests currently hosted on this platform are promotional competitions and performance-based activities.
They are NOT gambling, betting, or lottery schemes.
Winners may be determined through:
Referral performance
Rankings
Skill-based criteria
Point systems
Promotional selection mechanisms
Each contest will clearly state its method of winner selection.

3. Future Regulated Lottery Activities
The Company may in the future introduce lottery-based contests subject to obtaining all required regulatory approvals and licenses under Nigerian law.
Such activities will:
Be clearly identified as regulated lottery contests
Be subject to separate terms and conditions
Be restricted to participants aged 18 years and above
Until such approvals are obtained, no contest on this platform shall operate as a lottery.

4. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals of all ages unless otherwise specified for a particular contest.
Participants under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering or making payment.
The Company reserves the right to request proof of age or consent.
Certain contests (including any future licensed lottery contests) may be restricted to 18+ participants only.

5. Registration & Payments
Some contests may require a registration or participation fee.
Fees are payments for entry into a promotional competition and do not constitute a gambling stake.
Registration does not guarantee winning.

6. Referral-Based Contests
Only verified and valid registrations will count.
Fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts, bots, or system manipulation will result in disqualification.
The Company reserves the right to audit participant records.

7. Random or Promotional Draws (Non-Lottery)
Where a contest includes a draw component:
The draw shall form part of a promotional competition.
Participation may require completion of defined tasks or eligibility requirements.
The Company’s decision on winners shall be final.

8. Prizes
Prize structures will be clearly stated per contest.
Winners must provide valid identification before payment.
Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

9. Disqualification
The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants who:

Attempt system manipulation
Engage in fraudulent conduct

Disqualification results in forfeiture of prizes.

10. Refund Policy
Registration or participation fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, except where a contest is cancelled by the Company.

11. Limitation of Liability
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The organizers may conduct promotional appreciation selections at the end of every third month as part of participants’ motivational initiatives.
